is the table fittings machine for the construction of
HDPE segmented elbows, wyes, tees and crosses. Made by an hydraulically
operated table machine, an electric controlled facer for smoothing the
end of pipes and/or fittings, a heater with electronic temperature
control, the “ECP Easy Life” control console for the various
functions
(with digital display for temperature, pressure control and welding
time set).
The ECP Easy Life system allows a simple and quick selection of the
pressure and time data through a digital control panel. The fusion
cycle is electronic controlled and automated (except the bead time that
is controlled by the operator by a visual control).
Main advantages are the repeatability of the fusion cycle and the
reduction of human errors. The fusion process keys are designed for a
friendly use.
