PROFITTINGS 6 is the table fittings machine for the construction of HDPE, PP, PVC segmented elbows, wyes, tees and crosses.
Composed by an hydraulic operated table machine, an electric controlled facer for smoothing the end of pipes and/or fittings, a heater with a device for electronic temperature control.
The machine is provided with a digital display for temperature (°F and °C) and welding time set.

PROFITTINGS 6 is supplied with the: electronic control process “ECP Easy Life”.

The ECP Easy Life system allows a simple and quick selection of the pressure and time data through a digital control panel. The fusion process buttons are designed for a friendly use. Main advantages of the “Easy Life” system are the repeatability of the fusion cycle and the reduction of human errors.

- Tees/Crosses jaws (4 pcs.) Ø6” IPS with IPS inserts from Ø2” to Ø5” IPS;
- Wyes jaws* (2 pcs.) Ø6” IPS with IPS inserts from Ø2” to Ø5” IPS;
- DIPS inserts Ø3” and Ø4” available for all figures;

 * 1 jaw for elbow is required to fabricate wyes.
