PROFITTINGS 24 is the table fittings machine for the construction of HDPE, PP or PVC segmented elbows, wyes, tees and crosses. Made by an hydraulically operated table machine, an electric controlled facer for smoothing the end of pipes and/or fittings, a heater with electronic temperature control, a control console for the various functions (with digital display for temperature, pressure control and fusion time set). PROFITTINGS 24 is supplied with the: electronic control process “ECP Easy Life”. The ECP Easy Life system allows a simple and quick selection of the pressure and time data through a digital control panel. The fusion process keys are designed for a friendly use. Main advantages of the “Easy Life” system are the repeatability of the fusion cycle and the reduction of human errors.
