PROFITTINGS 14 is the table fittings machine for the construction of HDPE, PP or PVC segmented elbows, wyes, tees and crosses. Made by an hydraulically operated table machine, an electric controlled facer for smoothing the end of pipes and/or fittings, a heater with for electronic temperature control, a control console for the various functions (with digital display for temperature, pressure control and welding time set).

PROFITTINGS 14 is available with the: electronic control process “ECP Easy Life”.

The ECP Easy Life system allows a simple and quick selection of the pressure and time data through a digital control panel. The fusion process keys are designed for a friendly use. Main advantages of the “Easy Life” system are the repeatability of the fusion cycle and the reduction of human errors.

With the ECP Easy Life system all the fusion cycle is electronic controlled and automated (except the bead time that is controlled by the operator by a visual control).

Elbows fittingsCross Fittings
Elbows are fabricated using two jaws with a working range from 4” IPS to 16” IPS, with an angle adjustment from 0° to 60° with 1° reading sensitivity.Cross fittings can be fabricated from 4” IPS to 14” IPS using a kit of four interchangeable jaws.
Two welding phases are required to make a cross.
Tee FittingsWye Fittings1
Tee fittings can be fabricated from 4” IPS to 14” IPS using a kit of four interchangeable jaws.
Two fusion phases are required to make a tee. 		Wyes can be fabricated from 4” IPS to 14” IPS with adjustable angle range from 45° to 60° and 1° angle reading sensitivity. The kit of jaws includes two special shape design clamps.
